U-Pack

Everything went as planned. Cubes were dropped off and picked up in chicago, and delivered according to my schedule. I was updated every step of the way.

Worked perfectly for me... loaded up my belongings in the Chicago suburbs and shipped them to a small town in the mountains in California. The email provided all needed details, the dispatchers were helpful, and the truck driver was great getting the trailer into a narrow driveway with lots of trees. I flew out to meet the trailer. It arrived on time and cost what they said it would. When we emptied it I called them and they picked it up promptly. Very positive experience.

This was my second time using U-Pack and both times the experience could not have been better. The drivers on both ends were great to work with. I had some tree branches in the way of the truck and the driver was able to work around the situation. Thank you!

From the first call I had with the U-Pack customer service reps to having the driver drop off my belongings at my new residency it was such an easy going experience. I called several times to make changes and check ins along the way and everyone I talked to was extremely pleasant and helpful. It really does make a difference on such a big event like moving from Chicago to Phoenix. Billing was straight forward, I paid less than my original quote which was cheaper by at least 1500 dollars than the rentals alone from companies like U-Haul and Penske. Three days to load and unload the trailer was more than enough time for all of our belongings. I will say I wish I would've bundled my furniture up more than I did, my fault though nothing to do with the company, just the nature of freight trailers. I definitely recommend U-Pack for long distance moving, they surpassed all of my expectations.
