Great service !. Very, very flexible. Adapts to changes within a reasonable timeframe. Courteous staff through out the process. I would highly recommend U-PACK.

Ordering the moving container and delivery were seamless, however three out of five pieces of furniture I moved came back broken.

One dresser was completely snapped in half, the bottom half of my bookshelf was torn apart and there is a whole busted in the wooden top of my second dresser.

I wrapped everything with blankets, towels and plastic wrap, put all the heaviest stuff on the bottom and strapped things into place to ensure the Jocelyn during the move wouldn't cause any damage. Mind you, the white dress is a light weight composite board, but was still sturdy enough to not be easily demolished the way that it was.

The easiest moving experience we've ever had. They truly are customer centered and worked with our needs throughout the process. From everyone in customer service to the distribution centers and the drivers, couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience! The dashbaord they have set up is easy to use and thorough. If we ever move long distance again, we will certainly use them again! My only headache- the bulkhead and ramp are a beast- be prepared and make sure you have muscle on hand and read the instructions carefully beforehand.

Refused to deliver when agreed and we lost $1,000 to the company that was hired to unload when UPack had agreed to deliver but did not deliver

It is now two hours after the time we were promised for the second trailer that they failed to deliver the first time. Our unloading company has been here sitting and just charging us by the hour.

One of the best moving experiences we have ever had. From start to finish the systems and most important were the employees we worked with from the office and dispatchers were great. The truck drivers were the most accommodating and service oriented you will ever meet. This company walks the talk and cares about its clients as if they were family. Never doubt that this company will relocate your home or business with the best out come available.
