Great company to work with! They contacted us for container delivery on both ends of our trip and were consistently professional and courteous.

Upack was a great company to work with. I was able to call and get all my questions answered. I reserved a whole trailer and it was delivered in their window. We loaded it all and called to let them know to pick it up. We were not there for pickup but my neighbor said it went smooth. The tracking was a nice check up. They called when my trailer was ready and delivered it in the time frame. What part of the trailer I didn't use, they didn't charge me for which was awesome. The trailer was clean and they kept all their promises. I would recommend upack to anyone moving!

Everybody was super polite and professional all the way from my initial phone contact, to my final phone contact, and the three truck drivers that I worked with. Great company,.great program.
