You can't split the stars for the different locations along the way. Every person we spoke to on the phone was concerned, helpful, knowledgeable. The truck drivers on both ends were professional and courteous. The trailer was dropped on Tuesday, bad weather on Wed. delayed my loaders, Thursday we got loaded and they were able to pick up that afternoon. Trailer left the terminal on Monday and was in Atlanta by Wed. then it sat and sat and sat. After calling and starting an investigation it arrived overnight in Ocala. Still pleased but took longer than expected.

Best moving experience from Springfield Missouri to South Texas. U-Pack made everything easy for me. They brought the Relo Cubes by my house so I can put my stuff and lock the cubes. Once I finished, I contacted them and they took care of everything. I received the cubes by my new house and they picked up both of them when I confirmed that they were empty. If you’re moving, make sure to use boxes, so you can use the space wisely. And, secure the contents of the cube with ropes to make sure that nothing falls on you when you open it.
