U-Pack

We were super happy with the customer service at U-Pack. We were always able to get a human on the phone and communication was clear and easy. No problems with scheduling, pick up, or delivery. The pods were smaller than we realized (also weirdly tall?), so we maybe should have ordered one more than we did. But overall, great experience.

This is our second cross country move. We had a great experience with U-Pack last time, we went with them again. It was another smooth, easy move. We will always recommend U-Pack. Thanks for making a very stressful move a bit easier.

Such an amazing company with friendly and helpful employees, it was the only real option when I was done researching!
I saved a lot of money by going with U-Pack, their business model is absolute genius and the equivalent volume of space from a competitor (U-Haul, PODS, etc..) would've cost at the very least double and in most cases triple what U-Pack was charging. Do your research and find out if they're for you, as the only real downside is that they only do long distance transports. So, if that's what you're in need of, then U-Pack will save you money, time, and stress. Their drivers will explain the whole process to you and are incredibly helpful. U-Pack is without a doubt my immediate go-to recommendation for any long-distance transport needs.

I could not be more happy with u-pack. I used u-haul's u-box last time and it was fine but u-pack was a ton more space and they were amazing to deal with!
