U-Pack

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed.
I scheduled a trailer for a Friday. I was under the impression that it would be dropped off between 9-10am. Around 2pm I began repeatedly calling to make sure my trailer would be delivered.
They told me that there was some issue and that they would deliver it on Monday.
I explained that would not work with my schedule as I already hired movers and would be traveling to my destination soon.
FINALLY at 5:30 my trailer was delivered BUT there was NO RAMP!!!! NO DIVIDER!
The office assured me that they would deliver a ramp EARLY ( 9am) in the morning before my labor arrived as they were already scheduled.

It is now 1:30pm and still NO RAMP! The office is closed and there in no way to contact ANYONE!

I called the National headquarters in AR and some clown told me he could credit me $250.
This in NO WAY compensated for the amount of inconvenience, stress and hard work we had to endure for this HORRIBLE TREATMENT!

I would recommend using a different service where someone cares about the business they provide.

Fast, courteous service. The Relocube arrived at least as fast as I could've driven it myself, maybe faster. Tracking worked perfectly and everyone I had contact with at the freight company was friendly and helpful.
