U-Pack

UPack/ ABF truly saved us when our original movers flaked out the day of our planned move. Tom was pleasant, resourceful when scheduling our trailer and responsive to any (panicked, last minute) questions I had. We were provided a tracking number for our trailer and were able to stay up-to-date on our delivery date; they even held our trailer for an extra couple days until we could get the keys to our new house. Anyone we encountered throughout this process was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable (or willing to research the answer). The cherry on top was that we ended up paying HALF of what our original moving quote totaled with the company who stood us up!

Best moving experience I have had moving myself (I move a lot). The company was able to help me pretty last minute with a small window to pick up and drop off, and to top it off when plans had to change because of an accident the day of drop off they were patient and helpful. Everyone at customer service and both freight drivers were friendly and kind. They also hands down offered the best price. Can't beat this! Moving is stressful, but this experience took some of that stress away!

Perfect! I will never use anyone else for a move. From the drop off, to the quick arrival, to the courteous people who work there. I paid HALF as much as was quoted by 'pods', and everything was perfect. Moving is stressful. U-pack made it less so. I am very grateful to them.
