The convinces of having the truck there to load was great. Just compare the price of hauling it yourself plus the expense of fuel and your travel time to get to your destination. The savings was the big factor. The staff delivering and picking the trail. The father and son team was very professional and advised us to go to YouTube to have a better understanding how to use the ramp and put up the wall.

Never again! We used abf upack before and the price then was understandable it was a bigger truck and longer distance. But this time. Smaller truck shorter distance and they charged us around the same amount. The thing is we did not expect it to be this expensive and now we can't get our stuff until we pay up....or its an extra 250.00 a day? So wrong.

They had great customer service with drop off and pick up of the trailer. Everything arrived right on time, couldn't have asked for anything else.

unless I'm doing a local move I won't choose any other company to move my house hold goods across country than Upack/ABF. I am so glad I came across this company when I was deciding about moving myself vs having the military movers move my stuff. Its alot of work loading and unloading by not having to drive a large moving truck across country beats it any day. You can't beat the value of using this company. I was very satisfied and will use again.

U-Pack provided the service that we expected. They dropped off the continent we asked for. They picked it up when it was loaded. They stored it for as long as we needed, and delivered it where we needed it at our new location. Worked perfectly.
