Review:
I requested the cubes a month in advance and was told it would arrive between 8am and 12pm the day of the move. Instead they arrived at 6pm with a group of employees that didn't even know how to get the fork lift off the truck. After an hour of them getting instructions over the phone, and failing, I finally told them we would just get a Uhaul. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Review:
From start to end, almost four months of preparation, New Mexico to Pennsylvania. A big thank you to all involved at u-pack. One of the best decision I ever made. Both drivers are super nice and pleasant to talked to, and the cheapest I found online. I didn't encounter any problem with U-PACK and ABF. We wish you all a wonderful day. ?

Review:
Used U-Pack to move from Texas to Illinois and they were fantastic to work with at both locations. Everyone from scheduling and dispatch to the drivers were wonderful. Their estimate of how much trailer space I would need was spot on. I would highly recommend them. Just make sure you account for load tie downs and moving pads when you are estimating your moving expenses because they are not included.
