U-Pack

This was really a great experience all in all. The move itself went super well and nothing was damaged at all. The only constructive criticism I might have is that when we requested our trailer to be delivered on a specific date, we had to call back in 5 separate times to verify as many times they just didn't have us in their system for some reason. Once we got Mandy (Operations Manager) on the phone, I felt better and secure. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I highly recommend U-Pack. They were courteous on the phone and answered all my questions. The move went very smooth and followed the time line as they had stated.

U-Pack was great to work with, and I will be using them for future moves. The reservation process was quick and easy. I was able to speak with people from the US for both the quote and further questions. The delivery of and pick up for the container at my location of origin was on-time with no hassle. The deliverer was able to answer all of my questions about the container giving me confidence. At my destination, I emptied the container at a U-Pack distribution location because I could not have it delivered to my apartment. Even though the U-Pack office was not open on the weekend, they fully accommodated my scheduled, and set everything up for me for when I arrived to empty the container. I felt very secure in transporting my things with U-Pack, and all of my items arrived in the same condition that they left in. Thank you U-Pack Colorado Springs and Manassas for making my move less stressful.

We have used U-Pack for two out-of-state moves now, and we're just as happy with them the second time as we were the first. Their customer service is easy to reach, helpful, and the process is simple, even for military moves. They work with military to get the necessary weight tickets and the delivery timing has worked out perfectly each time. You do need some reasonable muscles to handle the bulkheads and ramp, so consider that. Also, the cost is reasonable, even for someone paying out of pocket. We just moved 21,000 lbs (39ft) of way too much of our stuff, and the total cost is less than $8k. We will definitely use ABF again if we do another DITY move.

Not super great with communication. Price is right, but thats about it.
