U-Pack

U-pack was amazing to work with. The stuff was friendly and helpful all the way. They are honest and friendly and they don’t charge you if you don’t use the whole pod. I have nothing but just good things to say about them. The pod got here earlier than the estimated time. And the price is so reasonable compared to other companies I checked out. Top notch service! I highly recommend them.

UPack was great! It was timely & reasonably priced. Great communication with the staff whenever we had a question.

Two issues we ran into however. First, they would not deliver the trailer to our area. They simply said they don't deliver where we lived (maybe due to the mountain pass, but other truck trailers drive it). So we had to load a UHaul truck, drive it 50 miles and reload it into the UPack trailer.

The second issue was finding a storage unit where the trailer could be left for 3 days. UPack should have recommendations or companies they work with. We were totally on our own to find a storage unit that allowed us to leave a 30-foot trailer for days. (And UHaul storage units are absolutely not allowing it).

Otherwise, great people and we are super grateful we didn't have to drive a truck across the country ourselves.

Upack's customer service was great. They communicate with you at every step of the reservation. Our trailer got to our destination a week early which was good in our case because we needed to get things unloaded as soon as possible. We were able to take our time unloading it and when we were done they came the same day to pick it up. Unfortunately their truck was tboned by a bad driver two blocks from our house, but thankfully everyone was ok. They sent a different driver and the trailer was picked up quickly.
Remember, if your stuff arrives broken it's because you didn't pack it right.
We saved over$2k using UPack over Uhaul and that doesn't include gas or driving their stupid truck myself...go with UPack.
