We were so impressed with the Idaho Falls office! They were extremely helpful in answering our questions. When our relocube was dropped off, the freight driver let us know he was on his way, he put the containers right where we wanted them, and explained the process to us. We would definitely use them again for our moving services! The office of our destination wasn’t quite as helpful, but overall the process was smooth and painless.

My husband and I used U-Pack's ReloCube service this past month to move all the way from Idaho to Maryland, and overall, we were very impressed. Everyone who assisted us was very kind, and I appreciated that just getting a single ReloCube was cheaper than renting a whole moving truck! We were able to fit all our things inside, including a couch, two wingback chairs, a coffee table, a bed frame, and more. My only complaint was that the service was slower than anticipated, but it didn't really matter to us. Got all our things across the country for a price that wasn't bad, so I couldn't be happier! Also, if you can, try to unload at one of the freight centers; that's what we did, and it saved us a good $300 to $400!

I recently moved across the state. I had contacted several moving companies and looked into the traditional moving trucks (U-Haul and Budget). U-Pack was by far the best value for the money. They park the trailer part of a tuck in front of your house for a few days and you load it. This is great if you have family and friends to help. In my case I really didn't, so I hired some help from a local company.
It's not quite a 5-star company because the communication was a bit lacking (you can't reach anyone on the weekend), and the ramps used to load the truck are somewhat scary. Also, after they pick up your belongings it may not be a direct route to your new home (even if you fill the truck completely yourself). In my case it took nearly a week for a four-hour distance.)
I highly recommend this company and would use them again.
