U-Pack

This was such a great experience! Every person I interacted with was nice and helpful. This made moving from one state to another so easy! Thank you Upack for making this as enjoyable as a move as it could be!

We did a lot of research for moving options and a lot of them were just BAD. However, we opted to go with U-Pack and are so glad we did. They actually ended up being less expensive then renting a U-Haul and moving it ourselves! Working with the cust svc reps was super easy and they were very responsive and professional. Our trailer was delivered and picked up right on schedule. The text message status updates were timely and accurate. We even put a Tile tracker in our stuff and confirmed our trailer was exactly where they said it was. Our trailer was delivered on the first day of the delivery window and we wrapped up our move without any issues. We DEFINATELY recommend U-Pack and will use them again!

We moved from Boise to Denver, and just like every other time we have used U-Pack, our experience was dependable, consistent, and well communicated at every step of the way. Every person we interacted with at U-Pack during the process was very helpful. For every cross country move, I will always come back to U-Pack.

Do not use this company. They do not communicate, they break your things. They are unprofessional. Complete garbage, thousands of dollars I get to pay for this service, and I haven’t even moved yet.

After using upack several times for long distance moves, I wouldn't do it any other way. The team is courteous, professional, and helpful, and easy to get hold of. The containers were clean and hold quite a bit more than you'd think. In one 6x7x8 cube, we put two queen mattresses, a folding metal bed frame, three arm chairs and an ottoman, a lazyboy recliner, two nitestands, and about 40 moving boxes of linens, office, and kitchen stuff. When the cube was first delivered we thought we'd have to leave a significant amount behind but everything fit. We moved from Idaho to Colorado, everything arrived intact and in place. The drivers who dropped off the upack cubes were professional and friendly and made sure to positon the cubes the way we wanted them for easy loading and unloading. Scheduling was easy and when we needed to speak to someone, that was easy too.
