Our furniture got chipped or scraped during shipping, but that was more likely due to poor loading by K&B movers in Fort Myers. They were surprisingly prompt in getting answers and getting our stuff out.
Corey at the Boise service center was really helpful in getting our truck to our home quickly so we weren't living out of a suitcase and road supplies longer than we were already.

Honestly one of the best moving companies out there for cross country moves! They have all of their tracking built in, they are fast, reliable, responsive, helpful, and there are NO hidden fees.

They allow you to edit your purchase by changing pickup dates, adding speedy shipping, and communication with the driver.

My only issues is they are QUITE expensive in the grand scheme of things. Their pods are quite small if you have furniture but they are quite spacious if you end up with a lot of boxes instead of furniture. I ended up moving with 1 as i couldn't justify the extra 1000 dollars for one relocube when i was already at 4k for the original box and shipping. Thus i ended up leaving some things in my home state that I'll eventually have to go pick up again. Might be worth looking into the Truck instead of the cube if you dont think you will fill them but the costs are a little higher for the trucks.

We moved from Idaho to Texas in Feb (Right before gas prices skyrocketed). We reserved this 6-8 weeks in advance. They kept the price the same at the time of reservation, which helped because I'm sure it would have been a lot more expensive as gas prices were creeping up. Anyhow, they dropped off the trailer between 12-4 on a Wednesday. We got it loaded in about 3 hours. The most difficult part was finding movers that were flexible without paying them to stand around as we waited for the truck. Putting up the wall was a bit of headache as the top bar was difficult to work with and by the time you get done moving, your exhausted. Our stuff arrived a little under 2 weeks later and all is good. This service seriously takes the headache out of moving if you are willing to wait. It was a lot cheaper than what we would have had to pay in gas + babysit in hotel parking lots along the way. The staff was helpful when calling in. Be patient on pick ups and deliveries as there are a lot of moving parts on their end, but the overall benefit of the move is pretty painless.

Everyone was super nice it was very easy to load and unload my belongings....just make sure you pack it properly and tight items do move inside the pods.
