Excellent customer service. Dropped off the trailer when asked. We ran into trouble with closing the house we were selling and U-Pack left the trailer for a week without charge. They picked it up when things finally straightened out and delivered it cross country a couple of days early so we could be unloaded before Christmas. Get people to work with at both ends of the journey.
