Best moving company!! Very easy to use, and stresss free!!

I would give U-Pack no stars if I could. 30 minutes before our cube delivery, U-Pack called and said they couldn't deliver to our street. They didn't try (their excuse was terrible; trucks come down our street ALL the time), they just looked at Google Maps and decided they couldn't. But we ordered the cube a month out... they looked the day of? Why not tell us WHILE WE'RE ORDERING! To cancel 30 minutes before delivery, 3 days before a cross country move, forcing us to use a competitor (PODS! GREAT COMPANY WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND CARE-- USE THEM!) and both lose a day of work (lost wages). Apologies? None. Assistance or offering to cover any added expenses? None. Use anyone else. In fact, I'd sooner sell EVERYTHING and walk across the country then use this unprofessional, cheap, disrespectful company.

U-Pack offered a great service, were very accommodating, and their drivers very helpful. It was by far the best value out there for a cross-continental move of our entire household.

Hands down probably one the most affordable/fastest moving companies out there. I was shopping around quite a few companies to move from Los Angeles, California to Miami Florida. Some couldn't do it, while others charge between $5,000-$9,000 for a small studio move. On top of that you have to wait 3-4 weeks for you stuff to get delivered, so you definitely need to plan ahead. Not only was U-pack one of the cheaper ones out there (I paid about $3,000), they got it there in 8 buisness days! it was faster then anticipated. I chose the facility to facility option; which saved me about $700, but even getting them to pick up and deliver is cheaper then most! Going to recommend this to everyone (apartment size moves at least).

I'm not sure if the people that work at this service center are technically U-Pack employees or ABF employees, but either way they were so incredibly kind and helpful during my experience needing to access my U-Pack trailer. With a very last minute change of plans, I found out that U-Pack wouldn't be able to deliver my trailer to my apartment so I had to come to the service center to get my things. Lloyd made an exception and allowed me to come and go over the course of a few days because I had to hire movers and they extended the date in which I would have access to the trailer. The guy who works in the yard, I wish I knew his name, was incredibly helpful during the process as well and even helped move a few heavy furniture items. Really appreciate the guys working here and how seamless they made the whole thing during a stressful time.
