My customer experience with U_Pack was great!
Their price was very reasonable when comparing them to other companies that offer similar services. They were up front with their quote...as in no hidden fees or anything else. The delivery and pick up of their containers was more prompt than I expected.
My valuables came in one piece for the most part. Any small thing that came messed up had more to do with how I packed my stuff than how it was delivered.
I was suspicious at first but took the risk. By the time everything was done I was extremely satisfied with the whole service, from the customer reps to the pickup/delivery drivers. I would definitely use them again.

Everything about our experience was very good. The only concern we had was their estimation of the space needed for our home. The Upack rep said 23’ was more then sufficient but in the end we were forced to give several items away (including a queen sized bed. The truck was filled top to bottom and side to side and all 28’ of the trailer was full.

Review:
Recently used Upack to move from Brooklyn to LA and then store our cube for 5 months. I was first attracted by the rate which was a good 30% less than uHaul and less than half of what Pods was quoting. But every single person we interacted along the way was polite and friendly and always had the answers. Due to the nature of our move-out and move-in addresses, we could not have the cube delivered for loading/unloading so we needed to go to the terminals - and even there the ABF guys were friendly and made us feel like our stuff would be taken care of. We packed well and followed their instructions, but having never done this before, we had nightmares about bugs or water damage or things getting broken along the way. But all our stuff was in great condition when we unloaded. Upack is the consumer facing side of an industrial shipping company, so it some ways its a bit more DIY than those other companies - no shiny in-town consumer locations, but the rates and service make it an easy choice. Would definitely use again!
