U-Pack

Absolutely horrible service. Everytime I’ve called I’ve spoken with rude employees or have been transferred to their dispatch where no one answers the phone. As a business if your behind on delivering trucks you should call your customers to inform them. I as a customer should not have to call twice in a 3 hour timeframe to ask where my truck is. The fact I was told between 12-4 for delivery and it’s not 6pm and I’m now being told that I can’t expect my truck to move my house hold goods until 8pm is ridiculous.

The place is hidden and kind of hard to find. Basically you pack you stuff in their cube box and lock it yourself.
