Great, easy, everything was exactly as expected and everyone I interacted with, from agents to drivers, was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This place this horrible! I don’t even want to give is a start but to give them a rating I have to. They make you pay a lot of money to get this huge truck that u can only use a small part. And if you go over your Space they charge you $1000 more. I wasn’t happy with the services. The drivers were nice. U-Haul would have been cheaper and gave us more room. They would unload for us. And pack for us if we wanted. They would also give us boxes. This place you pack did not help at all.

So we used the trailer, we moved from Santa Barbara CA to Denver CO. Watch all the videos! The quote we got was accurate, so have a good understanding of how much you have. Upack and ABF were extremely easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. We loved it and it relived a lot of stress.

They were great! Moved from Washington to California and the entire process was seamless. My only caution is I thought we would only need 17 ft of trailer space for our 3 bedroom house but ended up using the entire trailer and could have used more space! We ended up giving the remainder of our stuff to the buyer's of our home. Ignacio and Victor were especially helpful in Oxnard/Ventura. I can only speak to my personal experience but I will happily use them again!
