U-Pack

I had a very positive experience with U-Pack. They have the best customer service you could ask for. There is always someone available to answer your questions. Every person I interacted with (guy who dropped off the trailer, guy who picked it up, phone support) was so helpful and courteous. There were no hidden fees. You get charged what they quote. Their rates are 1/2 of what you would pay a full service moving company. I would absolutely use them again. Top notch business!

I shopped around for a pod and was extremely happy with my decision to use U-Pack. Not only were they the cheapest but they were professional, showed up to drop off the pod right when they said they were going to (you can call them the morning of for a better estimated time of arrival) and were accommodating to my requests. None of the items in the pod were damaged and looked just as it did when we packed it. Very happy with their level of service and would use again in a heartbeat.

I had a great time using U-Pack for my moving. It were the most reasonable price out of all the moving companies I've searched. I also packed all my stuffs myself and the way I want it. I locked the container with my own lock so I felt safe that none else is messing with my stuffs during the trip.

U-Pack was responsive to allow me to modify my reservation and saved me an addition of $420.

I really think this is one of the best way to move your household goods across the state. 5* Highly recommend!!

The worst moving experience. Every time you refresh the page, you get a higher price. The delivery truck forgot to bring my cube multiple days after confirming each day. Customer service sounds “nice” but can do absolutely nothing. Seems like it used to be better based on these reviews, but now just the worst.
