U-Pack

My aunt needed to go to a special care facility. Things got hectic and I forgot too call for being late. U-Pack understood and waived a late fee, thank you again for the understanding and excellent service!

Our move was approximately 2200 miles. They did exactly everything we asked including parking the trailer for your loading and unloading conveniences. The drivers we’re on time, friendly, and helpful. Everything arrived safely. When they advise packing tightly, do yourself a favor, do so. We packed tight, and wrapped well. Strap every few feet to help hold load in place. Items do shift and through your own fault might get scratched or damaged. My Son and I both have moved with U-Pack. If you like the idea of knowing how it’s packed, and saving money, we highly recommend U-Pack.

The best and most easiest moving experience I've ever encountered and the price was a lot better than a moving company. Pods and U-haul better be on the look out for this company because they will rising real quickly

Amazing customer service across the board. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I don’t think anything even moved. Very responsive and courteous. I will use them again!

We used UPack to move from Eugene, Oregon to Texas. I know, Why would we do that?... Good Question.
I loved working with UPack. They make the process very smooth and easy. Everything was handled in a very professional way.
The only BIG issue I had was Upack recommenced a company called Moving Staffers to load and unload the trailer. They were worse than awful. They packed the truck so poorly that we had so many pieces of furniture broken. Legs broken. Bed frame punctured a hole in a mattress. Boxes smashed. I mean mashed! That is the short version of what we found when we opened the doors to the trailer. I will write a review on them if I can. We hired another moving company in Texas to unload. What a great company they were.
I would recommend hiring UPack but hire your own Moving loading company. Do not use UPacks recommended company the Moving Staffer.
That is why I gave UPack a 4 star instead of a 5 star. I would give Moving Staffer negative -5 stars.
