Great experience! ABF was recommended to us by another ABF customer. Our 27' trailer was dropped off/picked up on time in both Bellingham, WA and Jacksonville, FL. Delivery personnel demonstrated how to secure the trailer bulkheads and doors. Final cost for our cross-country move ended up being even less than the original estimate, and we were refunded the difference within a few days. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly, all promises were kept.

Another 5 stars for UPack! This is the THIRD time I’ve used UPack for a cross-country move (military family, so we move a lot) and it’s always flawless. The customer service is always just stellar! Friendly and respectful representatives! My dates for drop off and pick up and transport were all spot on and my guaranteed date was respected again. We will continue using Upack for our moves!
