U-Pack

U-pack was professional, responsive and attentive to my requirements from START to FINISH. This business was an absolute great choice to move my furniture items (...some of which were heirloom type) from North Carolina to Nevada. Items arrived in a timely manner--NONE broken or damaged. I would reach out to obtain U-Pack services again without reservation if the need arose--highly recommend. Hats off...two thumbs up--thanks!

My husband and I had 2 weeks notice that we would not be moving to Korea together so we had to make a quick decision on how to move a 4 bedroom house worth of stuff from North Carolina to Texas. When talking to customer service they gave me my preferred date to drop off the trailer. The truck driver was very professional and showed us how to use the ramp. The trailer was super clean (see pictures) and was HUGE. I love that you only have to pay for what we use, because we requested 23 ft but ended up using all 28 ft.
Our shipment got to use within a 2 week window and I was easily able to request the drop off of the trailer and when I received a text about pickup I was able to do it all directly from my phone. The person who dropped off the trailer in Texas was great and let me direct exactly where I wanted the trailer dropped.
I highly recommend this service for a long move. It was so much easier to have someone else do the driving versus having to rent two or more UHauls to move all of our stuff.

My husband is active duty Army and due to Covid and selling our home I had to move while he was overseas and unfortunately doing a Military move wasn’t possible since the DOD had issued a stop move. This company dropped off the trailer, stored our goods for 53 days and then delivered the trailer without any damage to any of our household goods. They were always on time and available for any questions or issues. The storage was a very last minute change and they were extremely accommodating in helping me stop the delivery that was scheduled. I would highly recommend this company for anyone especially Military families who are doing a DITY/PPM move.
