Everyone knows moving sucks. These guys were great. All the furniture was handled with great care and the packing was excellent. Reasonable prices (fully transparent with no hidden costs), hard working, very accomodating. They were so helpful rearranging furniture in the new place and fully reassembled some bunk beds perfectly. Will be using them again!

We just finished a one-day move from DC to NYC with U-Relax, and I can’t say enough good things about them! Between the two of us, we’ve moved a lot—I’ve done it eight times, and my husband has moved with the military more times than we can count. This was, hands down, the best moving experience we’ve ever had.

From the start, the communication was spot-on. They made everything so easy, keeping us updated on timing and logistics so there were no surprises. Then came moving day, and wow—they were on another level. The team was incredibly efficient during the move-out, faster than anything we’ve ever seen.

When we got to NYC, things didn’t slow down, even when there were some hiccups with building access. They handled it all with such professionalism and kept everything moving smoothly. The crew was not only quick and careful but also so friendly and accommodating throughout the day.

If we could use U-Relax for every move in the future, we absolutely would. They made what’s usually a stressful experience completely stress-free. We’re so grateful for their hard work and couldn’t recommend them more!

This was the worst moving company. They damaged and broke so much of my furniture. They scratched the floor at my new place.. They left items behind.and returned to get them in a Honda accord not a moving van or moving truck. The kitchen table didn’t fit. They dropped the drawers out into the road while trying to shove it in and laughed. They left several boxes and pieces of furniture behind and I had to call for additional help moving. I sent them pictures of the broken furniture, the rips on my bed and the footprints all over my white couch. They were very unresponsive. After my many phone and calls text messages, they promised to file with their insurance, but never did and they ignore all of my follow up requests to remedy their horrible service.
Their service was absolutely horrible and their customer service even worse! Hiring this company could cost you thousands of dollars in damage like it did me!
