I recently got a quote from them. Everything seemed in order until I spoke with another employee from the same company. He said oh the person you are looking for left at 2. Ok fine. He then transferred me to another person. She then tells me the same thing as the other person did. Ok fine. I literally tell her I am planning to call another when I can speak to the original person. Next thing I know I am getting 2 calls from her. I am literally trying to keepy cool at work. I was finally able to communicate what I needed to. So the next day I call and actually speak to the original person. She seriously acts like she does not comprehend what I told her and emailed her. I'm like I spoke to a man at the the same number. Her response was oh you know you got an internet quote. Umm what does that have to do with anything.... I'm not sure how this company is still in business.

Bait & switch sales tactics. They do not pay attention to dates/times promised the customer. Ruined family heirloom antiques. Careless workers. Do your homework. Do not believe the positive reviews. This company cannot be trusted. If you value your belongings and sanity, avoid!
