U S Van Lines

I was worried after reading the reviews given by other customer but I thought to give a chance as they offered me economic rates than other movers. I ordered us van lines movers to move my stuff from St. Louis MO to Austin Tx.
All the furniture they pack nicely and delivered without damage. I pack 24 boxes and sent with them to Austin. Every thing was there in place as it was.
They told me maximum duration for delivery will be10 working days and my all stuff came in 8 working days. Which I feel little delayed looking at distance.
Definitely I will recommend this movers to my friends.

Do not give them your business! Absolutely the worst moving company in the area.
I provided them my first available date to move my items from Missouri to Arizona. Two weeks after the date had passed, the person who assisted with placing the move order stopped responding. I was only told that they were going to miss the delivery timeframe and that the dispatcher would call me when my delivery was scheduled. No one ever called, except for the delivery driver who called me on a Saturday night to tell me that he was in Texas and that he would be at my home in less than 24 hours. No one from U S Van Lines made any effort to let me know that they loaded my items on a truck and that the driver was on the way. Because they acknowledged they wouldn’t meet their delivery window they offered me a discount.
When the driver called me and quoted the amount that I needed to pay, not only did I not get a discount they charged me for an additional month of storage.
By the way, my items arrived similar to others, broken items, damaged boxes, etc. My husband used another moving company and his items arrived on time and undamaged. Maybe they or ok for intrastate moves but for storage and moving across the country, look for other options .

They cancelled less than 24 hours before the move due to having “no one available”. They then sent me a letter claiming I cancelled. When I called to find out what was happening the representative yelled at me & hung up. After the cancellation they tried cashing my deposit. Sketchy stay FAR FAR away!

3 guys came. Did a great job loading all my stuff up. No issues no complaints at all. They were careful with my furniture, they unassembled a table, king-size bed, and a bunk bed. They drove 3 hours out of state unloaded and reassembled everything with no issues. I didnt have to pay anything until the job was completed. Those guys are some hard workers. Will be using them again when I move in 6 months!

Mover complained about stairs, broke a light fixture in our new house, didn’t bring everything inside, hidden charges, and little to no response when I reached out about these issues. I was told if the movers didn’t have to pack, they would ensure furniture was moved safely. I was charged hundreds of dollars for every jewelry box, night stand, etc. that was wrapped for moving. They broke a glass table top and didn’t even tell us. Said they would address the entry way light fixture they destroyed at the end and did not. I would not recommend at all.
