Foreman was good. Other two were from the B-squad. Lots of damage to my furniture including one broken tv stand. One of the guys played on his phone all day and complained about everything. Complained about the stairs. Complained about the elevator. Complained about a hallway. One came without a mask in the middle of a pandemic and blamed me for not telling the company one was needed. When they came in and saw everything, they said they’d have everything loaded in 2 hours. It took 4. Unloading took just as long. For a 2 bedroom condo. Really? Spend your money and time elsewhere!

Showed up on time but everything they touched had damage and tried to give them a break but by the time they finish I have at least $5,000 in damages and the sales rep told me to claim it on my homeowners insurance, also they didn’t even offer me the 100 percent coverage until I we to pay which was 3 times the quote, don’t even think about making a claim they make it impossible

Unprofessional. Lazy. Thieves. They complained the entire day In front of us. Two hours in, we noticed a missing family heirloom from a relative who had just passed away one month ago from the box. Also Stole medications needed for chronic pain. Broke two antique pieces. Lost all bolts and pieces to play set, left our play set in the front yard In pieces that we are unable to move because of it’s weight, and tons of missing pieces to furniture that we not have to track down and purchase somewhere. We had a schedule conflict the night before to move due to a change in a closing time with a title company and they acted snotty and unprofessional. We called about the stolen items and they refused to do a thing about it. A police report was filed but it won’t replace our family heirloom. So many regrets with this company.

Awesome company! I’ve used them 3 times and each time it has gone smoothly. The workers work very hard and keep busy. Tip: Load up a cooler with ice and bottled water for the movers. :)
