Excellent customer service, very professional, cordial, prompt. Very, very clean and well maintained facility. The use of digital transference of contracts and rental payments are a huge plus.

Just used this place for a month. Overall I would recommend and would use again.

Pros: Very easy to sign up. Discount for online reservation. Convenient hours and easy in-out process. Clean units and carts available for renters' use. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Administrative fee for initial sign up is not waived if you find you need to switch to a different/bigger unit (you need to cancel and then sign up all over again.) Office area had overwhelming scent of cologne.
