Very responsive to questions. The employees in the office were nice and helpful. Units are nice and clean. 24/7 access and they also have climate controlled storage.

Sure easily rentable, but I will tell you they will refuse you any refund unless you give them a 30-day notice. I gave notice when I was getting the things out at least a partial month would have been nice but it was a full month. I got nothing back. They tried to say I would be embarrassed?? If she told me why and what happened to my account. Nothing that I know of happened as I never received a call my bill was paid automatic withdrawal from my checking account for over 2 years straight so I have had no late payments they also refuse to send me a statement of my time of storage there. Correct they will not send me a receipt which I need they said they will charge me for the postage the ink and the paper and most likely for the time. I find this very unprofessional as all of that can be fit onto one sheet of paper the woman with cold unprofessional and extremely hateful. Then she told me to go ahead and sue them I'm not going to get anything I never mentioned the word Sue in the whole conversation I was trying to correct a situation that needed corrected and perhaps a little bit of humanity here which of course I found none. I did not tell them how will I am because I did not want to use that but yes I am very ill and I will never go to this place again unbelievable most unprofessional way to speak to someone on the phone uncalled for.

Wonderful clean place.. great prices and the office personnel always get back to me on time and are very pleasant to work with

The people who work here are the best. They have all been very professional, knowledgeable and Friendly. It makes a difference. Keep up the good work…

Seems pricey, but all those places are.
