U-Stor-It Self Storage

The storage unit next to me had a leak,(antifreeze) which came into my unit, causing major loss. (Several longerberger baskets damaged) I got a mo free which no way covered my loss, then another in ident I had condensation on entire ceiling, gives mairinance some swiffer? To clean moisture & manager tells me. I should have stored my belongings in totes. Very negative Office personnel very pleasant, as for the manager, she wasn't pleasant, concerned, just not a people person at all.

Very helpful and clean facility. We have been with them for over 4 years. Thank you!
