I hate that I put my stuff here. I warn everyone against this place. There is always dirt on my units door that falls on me and my stuff every time I open and close it. I understand it's outdoors but I'm talking excessive amounts of dirt. Rent is due on the first and you get a 2 day grace period. A lock is on your door on the 4th! Life happens. Many people like myself are paycheck to paycheck and paychecks don't always fall before the first. Then get dlammed with late fees. Or if you happen to heaven forbid lose your job or anynumber of things life throws at you and don't pay by the 29th your stuff is sold on the 30th. There are no 30 days of safety here. Thankfully I have not lost my stuff and am aiming to get out of dodge ASAP. I have been doing the research I should have done before I came here and there are far cheaper, cleaner, and longer grace periods in case of financial emergency. The staff are friendly, I give them that. That is the only positive I've got.

Family owned, great customer service and clean climate controlled units. Owners are amazing.
