Excellent, safe location. It is always clean, and the managers care about the facility and helping tenants.
I have been renting a unit here since February of 2024. I chose this facility because I loved the app, and that you could electronically access your unit via the app. Unfortunately, the app only works about 40% of the time. When I went into the kiosk to get an access code, I mentioned it doesn't work. The woman at the electronic kiosk said 'yes, I've heard it isn't working'. I asked if there was a fix. Her response 'not that I'm aware of'. The lighting here is HORRIBLE. If you go after dark, you probably won't be able to see a thing along the sections where the units are. I removed the autopay because two months in a row I was charged twice, and now, if you do not make your payment on the 1st, you will get a text message by the 5th that says 'your unit is going to auction'. When you make your payment, it will still show 'your balance is past due' even if it's showing the payment for the following month. Then you'll get a phone call from the manager, and he does not care what time or when he calls you but the message is completely over the top. I politely asked him to stop calling me on a Sunday, but that request has gone unheard. I submitted my notice to vacate the unit for January 31, and got a very specific email explaining exactly what to do. Apparently, the management here believes all customers are idiots, because I then got a phone call, on a Sunday afternoon stating 'it's very important that we go over your vacate details'. It's a storage unit - you empty it by the day you said, you remove the lock since you already paid for it. Pretty simple.
