U-Store-It

The manager is now gone ( which was why I chose this place, where did he go?)and there is never anyone here. Call and no answer. My stuff was ruined by water coming in under the door and mold everywhere. There was an empty unit and when I looked in I was disgusted. Pictures attached showing several cans of bed bug spray and there were dead roaches everywhere. I will not recommend it. The lady (Mary or Molly I believe) I spoke to that was in the office ( Friday a few weeks ago) was kind of rude and not very helpful. Was like I inconvenienced her. The gate is always messed up (which is why I had to go to the office cause my code would not work) and they are always fixing to update things.

My name is Ken and I've been a customer of u store- it for at least 4 1/2 years.
First of all Jessie the manger is the best. He'll bend over backwards to help , the the facility is very clean always orderly never trashy. I checked other storage facilities but this is down the best and the price is outstanding considerably less than everyone else and the service is better I'll never go anywhere else I recommend anyone to rent from them.

Jesse is absolutely the best. Nice place to store your items.

The 5 Stars are for the manager, Jesse, but would have to really reduce that for the company itself. Having been a customer for 4 years, I have seen really no improvements in the facility other than what Jesse makes happen. Yet, the rent keeps going up! Wish there was a better way to back up when leaving the office.

Came in to look at their storage bldgs for my sister. The prop Mgr Jesse was very nice and polite and knew his business. The property was clean and tidy! Highly recommend!!
