Couldn't get my door open and it was hot outside so I left. Came back with some help everything was okay. There's a lot of mice in there so I put some poison cubes in there.. I'm praying my things won't get ruined. ?

This place is seemingly great at first, they'll treat you like friends they're pleasant, and amazing... until their not. Just don't store your things here if you're not 100% financially stable or unless you're not planning on getting them back. They switch up their policies often and without notice. They make it impossible to make a payment - they won't accept cash, and they won't take partial payments.. they don't work with you at all. I fell on some hard times and lost everything I own, including everything I had of my deceased mother because I was a month and a half behind. Pretty standard of and storage place, I suppose. Just a heartless business that had to learn the hard way not to mess with. Oh but now that they have sold my priceless things to some stranger, NOW they will accept cash to cover the balance due. SMH. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE. I get running a business, but I don't get how you can be so cold and indifferent to someone you made think was your friend.
