Picked up my wife from work.

Ordered 3 sets of 12 moving blankets from Uboxes through Amazon, where they are a third party seller. One set was shipped in flimsy plastic and had abrasion damage to one blanket. The second set smelled strongly of mildew. The third set never showed up.

It was a huge pain getting the second set that smelled like mildew returned. I ended up paying for the return shipping because neither Uboxes or Amazon would pay for it. I'll see if I get my shipping cost refunded.

I dealt with Uboxes customer service through both Amazon and the Uboxes website. Both were awful. I called their customer service number several times too and no one answered.

There are much better blanket companies out there - I have purchased from US Cargo Control in the past and was really happy with their product.

Do not buy from this company!
