I was very pleased with my moving experience. Clean and professional and they really take care of your things. They properly wrap everything to protect all your furniture.
They were very punctual and ensure to take their time and not rush with your items. They disassemble and reassemble your furniture as well once vou arrive at your new place.
I did have one down fall with them. At the end when I closed out my balance, as per us usual, they expected a tip. have no issue with this since they provided a service and gave them a little over 18% gratuity along with a bottle of black label as my thanks.
Their face of disappointment was not ok, like they were visibly displeased and stood there expecting more. Even said it out loud as if that would make me give them more.
Then walked away all mad. Im not one to be offended easily but this was just disrespectful.
Again, up to that point, everything was perfect but after that point a perfect experience went down the drain.
