Ultimate Movers

Hired these guys in late december to move a large industrial refrigerator out of a basement, and move a new one down to take its place. Everything went quick and smoothly. I would gladly work with these guys again!

Lloyd was great at getting our move scheduled . The movers were able to come much earlier than planned, which was good. They were quick and courteous and were careful with wrapping and loading The furniture. They even made another round trip back to get more items that were missed. (My bad in forgetting to point them out). Both Ty and Gerry were very nice very respectful. There was one small incident with our washer, but hoping to resolve easily. I would recommend Ultimate Movers.

Complained the whole time about items/furniture being heavy. This was a 900 square ft house with 2 significant pieces of furniture. Then, to top it off one of the movers called his boss to report a small child giving him “the mean eye.” The boss actually called my daughter to inquire about it. My grand girls range in ages from 3 to 7 and are quite harmless. Also, beware you will pay extra if you want any pieces of furniture wrapped. We paid and most were not wrapped due to a limitation in available blankets. All in all, a bad experience.
