We paid for the white glove treatment. They come and pack day before. 3 guys showed up and were sent home early with another guy coming in for them. The 2 guys left were hungover and bragging about it. One of them video conferenced the entire time with some woman named ' baby girl '. They left without finishing to go out drinking. The next day they arrived 3.5 hours late. Upon arrival all the remaining unpacked stuff was throwing in boxes like garbage. Then they say they didnt bring a big enough truck and had to deliver and come back and get rest. We had to drive one of there employees in our car cause they weren't prepared. Did I mention they broke a large computer desk in this process. Upon arriving here packages weren't labeled properly. Then they said I should drive one of the guys to Brooklyn to get a new truck to retrieve rest of our stuff. I refused and they eventually came back with much of my lawn products broken. Btw they refuse to discount the price. I hope this saves some people from the worst move Ive ever seen. Some of the guys on the truck were good and have nothing to with this review. The company puts them in very bad situations

This is an addition to the review. Our brand new leather sectional is ripped in two spots.
For anybody reading the owners response, they never called to remedy anything.

Wonderful staff, their art handlers were detail oriented and seamlessly installed the art pieces in our home.

We had a lovely experience with the staff. The crew was efficient, patient and helpful with handling our pieces. Overall a great service.
