Roxy will actually talk to you like she isn’t at work and text your phone like you’re arguing with an ex-friend. I would be so disappointed if my employees acted the way she does towards customers. BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! Moving is stressful enough without incorrect quotes, no communication, and unprofessional/rude employees.

This service was a total failure. The move was far more expensive than expected because of hidden expenses that were added after the initial price. When I attempted to fix the problem, the staff was impolite and useless.

Given the subpar quality of the service, the cost seemed excessive. The group appeared unskilled, sluggish and disorganized. I contacted a different company to finish the job because items were left behind. What ought to have been a simple transfer became an expensive and annoying experience.

As of now, this company hasn't fulfilled ANYTHING they've said they would prior to getting my business. I thought going with a veteran owned company there would be some integrity but it's very questionable at the moment. Being a veteran myself, I wanted to give them my business. The company that was contracted to move me started out good. The guys that moved me were awesome to work with on October 31st. Here we are 60 days later and no one can tell me where my things are nor don't have a clue when it's arriving. My move is to from CA to TX. Don't stress yourselves out, go with another company because they aren't on top of their shit at all.
