My encounter with this company was terrible. They damaged some of my possessions, were unorganized, and arrived late. They also overcharged what was initially estimated. They are all part of the fraud, including these phony five-star reviews. These businesses profit from deception, so exercise caution.

My experience with this moving company was awful. The crew was late, handled my furniture poorly, and broke a few things. Furthermore, I was billed for services that were never rendered. They clearly use phony five-star reviews to trick clients. Total deception.

Everything about the event was a total catastrophe. Due to their negligence and lack of professionalism, the movers damaged a number of goods throughout the transfer. After the job was completed, they claimed hidden fees and charged much more than the first quote. My attempts to rectify the issue were met with disrespectful and unhelpful customer support.

I removed large, bulky items to reduce costs, but they refused to adjust the price, claiming their “discount” was better, despite saying costs are based on weight and volume.

When I requested a refund, they denied it, saying I was outside the 72-hour window, even though they never provided proof of carrier assignment as required by their own terms.

After paying $1242.50 as a deposit, they failed to provide any services, mislead me, and effectively stole my money. Subsequently, they took down their website and rebranded as Safe Hands Relocation. According to the Better Business Bureau, this company has operated under multiple aliases, indicating a pattern of deceptive behavior.

Their actions caused significant financial loss and stress. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this company or any of its known aliases for moving services. Ensure you thoroughly research and verify the credibility of any moving company before making a commitment. Although I can’t be certain they used their real names, the people involved in this fraud are Gregory Maddox, Shannon Lightner, Brandon McCaine, Daniel McKinney and a salesman by the name of Jim.
