The reservation procedure was straightforward, and the personnel were helpful and kind. Absolutely, I would employ it once more.
The movers I hired were quite complainy to the point where it detracted from their professionalism. Excellent gentlemen, they were timely, cautious, and kind. Strong encouragement to act.

Sorry for a beast of a review but I’m still waiting on my items to get delivered so I have nothing but time.
BOOK WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Don’t be fooled by the 5 star ratings they’re fake. They are either using AI botes or random ppl. 1. They are posted after a bad review to help balance out their ratings. 2. Look at the verbiage/language they use “because of their consideration and civility”, “meticulously through the hallways”, “royal treatment” was used in several reviews probably by the same person, “meticulous attention to detail”. They don’t even try to mix up the ratings with 3-4 stars lol. Watch the 5 star ratings that spread after mine. 3. Majority of the “people” that left 5 star reviews Google state that it’s their first AND only review. Given how the reviews are worded this wouldn’t be their first ever Google review.
This company is a BOOKER. When the movers came they asked for an additional $200 (long distance fee) and $700 because my items will take up more space than THEY originally quoted me. Keep in mind I spoke to someone named Ryan who asked for $300 a few days prior to account for additional space since I added two additional items. I recorded that interaction and he said the $300 would account for more space so why were the movers asking for an additional $700+?!? The contract mentioned a new estimate would be given if anything changed but never received one. The movers didn’t company come with a dolly to move my stuff but when I spoke to a lady at United she said they don’t have to but why did they ASK to use my grocery cart to move my stuff (even used it for my couch). Based on the inventory provided why not come with the proper equipment instead of using what the customer has available. They broke my cart btw. I’ll have to buy new one for my new place.
I moved to another state and I’ve been staying in a hotel because my stuff isn’t here. I’m NOT getting updated on tracking. Last update was Saturday and they just sent me a text saying delivery in 5 days. I don’t know if it’s 5 days from when they picked it up or 5 days from the text lol. Please book with someone else. This was my first time moving to another state with a moving company and I regret it. Wish I packed everything in a U-Haul and just drove it myself or booked a pod and used a task rabbit to pack it up and unload. But if you decide to book with this company here’s some advice. 1 record every interaction 2. Take a screenshot of every document they send you 3. Ask for a copy of their contract/binding agreement before giving them a penny 4. Add a few apple tags to track your stuff 5. Save yourself the hassle and just don’t book with them.
I booked a company to transport my vehicle and the experience was night and day. No hidden fees, they picked up my car 2 days after the movers and I it got delivered today and there was constant communication with the company about the status of delivery.
Now I’m just praying that all my items get delivered in one piece. In this economy the last thing I need is to spend money to replace my valuables because of a moving companies negligence. I’ll let y'all know the condition of my items once/if I get them. Also planning on posting a review on my socials to warn my followers about them
