PLEASE READ!!! Highly recommend not working with this moving service. I booked with this moving service based off of the reviews and the affordable price. I was able to talk to the owner/supervisor and got my date secured for my moving which I did six weeks in advance, December 1 between 9 and 10 AM.. When the day came for me to move no movers showed during the time slot that I confirmed. I had to reach out to the company to see if they were still coming out to help me move. I was met with unprofessionalism and rude remarks. They basically claimed that they “called me” and because I didn’t answer they just didn’t show. They did not call my number they called someone else’s. But regardless, if they called my number or not, we secured a specific time slot 6 weeks before. Instead of rectifying the issue and continuing to come out to help me move they decided to be even more unprofessional by trying to argue with me on details about my move (ie what they will be moving and the apartment level) We discussed these details six weeks prior, which I do have voice recorded. They wanted to charge me an extra $200 on the rate that they already gave me that I confirmed six weeks prior on top of not showing up at all on my move out date. This company was very unprofessional, unorganized and it made my moving day. extremely stressful than it should’ve been. I had to find new movers at the last minute thank goodness I was able to
