United Moving and Storage

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! If you value your items, belongings and how long the final delivery takes to your new location I repeat Do Not Use this moving company! They are unprofessional, rude, low class and will eventually either destroy, lose or steal your items. Kathleen O'Shea the customer rep manager is absolutely the most unprofessional, rude obnoxious person you will deal with. She doesn't care if items are lost, damaged or you and your family are sitting in a hotel room for days waiting for your household belongings. The drivers, packing helpers are the extremely low class and without any manners! Again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

Absolutely WORST moving company I have ever experienced. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Do not use. Extremely disrespectful. Used profanity and hung up the phone 3x. The manager Kathleen is very disrespectful and is a criminal. Do not trust on boarding rep MISSY. She will LIE LIE LIE to get your money and disappear.

One star is toooooo much for this company. They robbed, lost,and ruined my belongings. I hate them! Run and don’t look back!!!!!

I just have to say how impressed I was with the movers that came to pick up my furnishings. They took the time to sit down and talk with me about
everything they were going to be doing, each step of the way.
When they wrapped my furniture, they took extra special care in blanket wrapping and shrink wrapping on top of it. They even took
the time to disassemble my items.
I have moved with other major companies, and they did not take the pride in their work, and consideration for the customer like this company does.
They made me feel that I was part of your moving family.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone that may be moving.

Worst company ever. I had to wait two days for them to get there was told that we would get a discount and got charged almost 700 dollars more and i had to help unload it myself. stuff was packed ridiculously lots of stuff was scratched and broken and some things can't be replaced. upon looking at the moving list the movers marked everything as being scratched and some things were brand new if you use this company watch them closely but I wouldn't use them. In fact I would give them zero stars if I could
