Do not use this company for your out-of-state move. I trusted them and their staff. You will speak to a lovely salesperson who makes you feel they are 100% trustworthy. THEY ARE NOT. I hired them, agreed on a delivery date window, paid them the deposit. They packed my items nicely and carefully. I moved out of state and had to hunt them down to get info on delivery status only to learn that my items had been placed in their warehouse for storage then my job was put out to bid. They did not make it clear that that was the process. They make you believe once they pack your items a truck is on the way. I would have paid extra for expedited delivery had I known. Their staff doesn't trust them and one person quit after informing me what really happened, e.g. my move was from the West Coast to the East Coast it was a low priority. Once the agreed-upon delivery date came and went, they ignored me until I contacted the press and hired a lawyer. They are obligated to pay $30 per day after the contracted delivery date expires. Their staff promised me the 'check was in the mail' which was a lie.

The owner never contacted me to apologize or explain - nothing. The industry has good companies - pass this one by and contact another one. The stress and heartache this company cost me is horrible. Now they are ignoring me - with ineffective messages from someone at the company apologizing. I wanted to put this behind me and move on. Their behavior is insulting so I will NOT let this go and will post the exact messages from everyone at that company which proves their horrible attitude.

They were very fast, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I need a mover again I will be using them again.

Do not use this company. We used them for a long distance move out of state. We waited over 20 days to get our stuff and it was excuse after excuse as to why our stuff wasn't arriving. Half the time they kept saying 'unforseen circumstances'. We were willing to pay the expensive cost for good service, but this was not good service. Please save yourself the pain and frustration and go with another company.
