United Moving Solutions is a phenomenal moving company they are courteous respectful and they clean up after themselves I'm a property manager for storage company they use our facilities in Las Vegas in here in Winter Park Florida they treat you as well as they've treated me you're in store for peace of mind when it comes to your moving

Let me just say that Latasha is the best, she has my respect ? as I have been down a very frustrating road with the initial movers van lines, she has been patient, kind professional and very respectful through my entire experience as I may not have been the best customer. So if you ever happen to do business with moving solutions just know Latasha is the ultimate definition of great customer service. Thank you for being understanding and compassionate. And a shout out to Travis and Mark the Movers, who did a wonderful job moving my stuff with caution and professionalism

Updating Review: This company is a business you should never cross paths with. After misplacing an item that was worth more than 2500$ and breaking two more nightstands that were over 400$ a piece, they gave us 37$ back.
Their excuse about the 2400$ item was that i signed off that i got all of my stuff when the movers dropped, which was my mistake because i didnt make a thorough check of all my things BECAUSE I TRUSTED THEM!!! NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY. I POST A BAD REVIEW AND THEY TAKE IT DOWN.

They say that they never misplaced items and that they stand on their 'good' reviews. WELL, HERE ARE SOME OF THE SAME COMPLAINS AS MINE. “MISING ITEMS”, BROKEN BELONGINGS. they may seem that they respond on yelp and google to make sure that they have good ratings, but stay away from this company unless you want to be their next victim. Dont say you were not warned. I wish i could give minus stars.

They say that they stand on their good reviews but in reality, they pay google to get rid of their bad reviews, as every time i post a review, it is not visible to anyone but me.

What a corrupt world we are living in.

Unprofessional, Unethical

I do not recommend this mover. The sales manager assured me of completing packing and loading today (4/24) and deliver at destination on the following day (4/25) but their crews showed up late at 5:30 pm and only finished about 50% of packing today. She also failed to inform me about their payment policy; that is, they only accept credit card for deposit and the payment at pickup (40% of estimate) and delivery (another 40%) were to be made by cash, cashier's check or money order. I asked for a 10% money back for breaking the promise and the inconvenience as a remedy. No follow up was made as of 10:30 pm on 4/24. I will update again once this nightmare comes to the end.

This is our second time using United Moving Solutions. Such a great and trustworthy company. Very respectful and straightforward from the beginning. The actual movers took such care with our personal belongings. Wrapped our TVs up, very protected. They made sure to use every inch of space in the truck with precision, so we wouldn’t get over budget. Alex and Braulio did an excellent job!
