Roman and his team were very efficient and did a great job.
The movers were fantastic. They handled my large furniture without a hitch and even offered to carry my hefty bookshelf upstairs for free.
UPDATE: What a huge disappointment!!!
We had asked for, signed the contract, and were assured that our delivery was scheduled for January 15th. But NO...that did not happen...and in fact the truck with our furniture and belongings didn't leave Seattle until January 15th. Our delivery was finally made on January 24th....Don't sigh relief because the delivery was horrendous!
Alex was the crew leader and he had one focus in mind: get the truck unloaded as quickly as possible to minimize his expenses. The crew at first was willing to confer with us and place furniture and boxes in the room where they belonged... but Alex strongly reprimanded the crew for attempting to unwrap furniture and place boxes in their designated area. His focus was getting the truck unloaded.
Our belongings had not been handled carefully. There were several broken items including furniture and family keepsakes. Boxes were smashed and tossed around. Sample photos are attached.
Again the crew was directed to get the truck unloaded as quickly as possible. Therefore a pathway between furniture and boxes was not made and it became impossible to pass through and locate anything. Boxes were thrown on top of each other regardless of whether they were labeled 'Fragile' or not. Furniture that the company had disassembled for the move was not reassembled.
When everything had been unloaded from the truck, Alex asked for me to sign off on the delivery....but I refused stating that furniture needed to be reassembled before I signed anything.
The crew had been informed NOT to discard of anything in the condominium trash facility...but they did! They demonstrated a flagrant disregard for other people's property. I spent hours removing tape from the elevator floor, pulling broken furniture, bubble wrap, and other moving debris from the condominium property. Our carpeting has been ruined from the grinding in of packing tape used by the crew. The condominium management referred to Alex and the crew as 'animals'.
I am in the process of filling out a claim form....and was advised that I am allowed to submit only one claim so will need to include as much as possible before sending it in.
Would I recommend this company? Absolutely NOT!
I am 70 years old and have engaged professional movers a number of times in my life..... But I have NEVER had such a horrible moving experience as this.

Dec 27th and 28th, 2024 pick up for our long distance move from WA to FL.
Roman and his team were excellent!!...very detailed, 8thorough, and thoughtful. There were a couple of hiccups involving truck size/load size that were not Roman's fault, but did create an extension of the load time...Roman and his team ensured that everything was loaded appropriately and accounted for. Again, he and his team were excellent!!
We look forward to the delivery at our new home scheduled for Jan 15th.
