Roman and his team were great! All my concerns were addressed right away and all my furniture, exercise equipment and boxes were treated with care. The moving crew was incredibly careful with my stuff. They very quickly loaded and unloaded their truck. I was very pleased with the communication, the efficiency, the speed, and the care that was taken with my things. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

Disappointed in what I thought was a pretty firm estimate ended up being 3,000 additional dollars to what I was already quoted due to $1,300 in supplies fees and increase in cubic square feet. When I discussed moving with the sales team, I was under the impression that packing would be included in the estimate, however upon arrival they said tape, shrink wrap, boxes for tv or pictures would be additional. While the team has been friendly and came right on time as anticipated the fluctuation in price feels like I'm being taken advantage of and correlates with reviews I have now read from the BBB. I will be filing a formal complaint.
