Toward the end on September I was trying to schedule a move for my company from one company apartment to a newly leased one. I was in touch with John Ryan regularly up to the day before the move scheduling specifics: date, time, prices, number of movers, etc. He was supposed to call me before the close of business the day before to confirm our morning arrival time but didn't. Probably should've been my first red flag but the customer service had been so great so far that I thought nothing of it especially since we had already signed a contract and paid a %50 deposit of the estimated total. The next day (the morning of the move) no one showed. I tried to call John's direct line repeatedly and got no call back and I tried to call the main business line listed on the website only to discover that the people who answer the phones there are not actually employed by United States Logistics. They are not even in the same building. It is a phone bank answering service who's only option in the way of helping you is to route you to John Ryan's voicemail. No on showed up or returned my boss and my calls the entire day (minus one time that one of the phone bank ladies told my boss that she had gotten in touch with him, he had directly told her NOT to connect us despite that it was after noon at this point, and to tell my boss that he had talked to me and informed me that the mover had been late to work that day but would be there in an hour...He had not talked to me). Thankfully we were able to work with our bank to get our deposit back and I managed to find another mover who could get us moved the next day but overall I ended up basically waiting in a parking lot all day with my boss yelling at me. unable to get anyone to tell me what was happening and then having to scramble to find a new mover so that we didn't have to extend our lease and then I got to miss out on half of my Saturday meeting and overseeing the awesome guys who did show up on time and on short notice to help. (Cheap Cheap Movers in GA). I've still heard nothing from anyone at USL

Great customer service and even better movers. April of 2016 was the second time in 2 years I move. Two out of the three times I used United States Logistics to relocate and from here on out I know I will only call United States logistics to move.
