Do NOT use this company!
I found a hole in the bottom of one of the crates and a black feather so that crate must have been opened because the critter/bird got in then knawed its way out.
I have no idea why they would have opened my belongings :/
Two dressers were scratched in various places despite that I watched them cover the furniture covered with protective 'blankets' and when they loaded it onto the moving van. There were no scratches on either when they left my home.
None of them spoke or understood English so I was unable to ask why it took over 2 weeks to get it to Florida, from LI, NY.
I'll move my own belongings the next time.

If I could I would give this company 0 stars beware of this company they will tell you one price over the phone & when they show up it's double then the original price, these people are thieves , they lost a bunch of my items & damaged a lot of my property, my advice rent a pod it's 5X cheaper & it's legit, this company is shady & is hired form a third party vendor
If they show up to move your things first thing you do is demand your deposit back & tell them to kick rocks you will save a bunch of money & headaches.

Please! please!please! do not use this moving company or service!!!! I payed extra money to move all my things from MA to Fl...it .went to a warehouse in NJ for 3weeks then me in Fl. Not ALL my things were delivered, & will not give it to me. They are scammers & liars....very sneaky people. Im very sad & disturbed of my personal things not with me.... Just UNBELIEVABLE... DO NOT USE

If I could give them a zero I would. This company is thE WORST. They have your belongings loaded on the truck & it drives away, Then you sign a contract & pay After your stuff is driven away. Even though the Forman of that moving crew tells you that you'll receive you things on a certain day, the contract says not guaranteed & the office lady says they legally have 21 days to have it delivered !! The driver was EXTREMELY rude & Very disrespectful towards me. Totally ignored my directions of my property and then walked to my husband & asked him where to put our things ! He constantly talked over me when I tried talking to him, argued with me & when he called me at the time he was in route, he talked over me & then hung up on me ! Just about every single one of our property was damaged & some missing ! We'll over $10,000. In damaged and missing items. We're military and needed the weight slips, 1 initial empty, 1 initial loaded & 1 loaded at the end just before delivery. This company refused to even do the weight at the end & we never received any of the weight slips for the military to reimburse us. For 3 weeks now I've been trying to get this company to send us weight slips & a copy of the contract & to file a claim for damages & missing items. They never return your calls or emails when they say they will & they don't answer their phone 1/2 the time. Although the Forman Adil was very nice but gave empty promises. I Definitely & Strongly recommend that No One should Every use this company. You will pay over $20,000.00 just to get nothing but worthless property back & nothing but a bad attitude back from the people in this company.
