We were quoted an amount for moving a specific amount of cubic feet. They showed up 12 hours late and after we were exhausted from packing they took advantage of the situation by loading our belongings and then extorting an additional 1500 dollars -which essentially meant we were charged twice for cubic feet. This company holds your belongings hostage and upcharges you. They make you wait forever and then have your stuff and refuse to deliver unless you pay more. They quote you for a specific amount of cubic feet then charge you twice and act like it makes sense. We spent hours discussing with multiple people who would initially agree the initial qoute included 286 cubic feet. Then when they did the math they saw how much less it would be and then backtracked and would lie and the math would suddenly change and they would double down and say oh no actually the initial qoute didnt include any cubic feet. The $2450 was for the 'service' of booking the truck and their annoying phone calls. This company is cooking the books and extorting people everyday.

They were amazing, courteous & professional from start to finish!!! They took great care of us & treated all of our belongings with care paying attn to those boxes marked fragile!! I highly recommend for long distance move

The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process. The only problem for them is that I want to switch a fridge between the old location and the new location.

Most pathetic mover company there is. Scammed us showed us one quote and charging 3x. Did not even do the full job, left my stuff by the dumpster. Highly unprofessional, NEVER USE THEM!
